How I Lost 3 lbs in 3 Days

So super excited to talk to you all about the new fitness journey I have taken on this week! P90! 

Now, I have done P90X and some other Beachbody extreme fitness programs...so I actually thought P90 would be a walk in the park. Um....nope! It isn't as intense and the moves are very basic so far. However, I am so happy they are basic. Let's me concentrate on my form and get down to business. Te modifier is great if you need him. If not, there is someone showing you a moderate version and advanced version of the moves as well. All Sculpt DVDs are done with a resistance band or weights. Let me tell you...I have done pull-ups. I SUCK & it isn't pretty. I didn't think the resistance bands would work well for me for doing pull-ups and such. I WAS WRONG. My back and arms were sore the next day!! Best thing ever.....I lost 3 lbs so far. Bye bye belly fat. Not going to miss ya!

21 Day Fix - Week 2 Meal Plan

21 Day Fix - Week 2

Here is my meal plan for week 2. Feel free to switch out healthy proteins & veggies for ones that you love! Also, I am ADDICTED to the Cinnamon Roll Shakeology recipe now. I make it with only water and lots of ice, so no milk unless you want to substitute a yellow container. The recipe for the Cinnamon Roll Shakeology & Nutter Butter are below.

21 Day Fix Pizza


Let's talk about pizza.

I can't get enough. We all crave it. We all love it. We need pizza & it needs us.

I had a craving today and decided to go ahead and make it Fix approved!!! You can make however you like, but the one I made is:
1 red (chicken)
1 blue (cheese)
1 yellow (whole wheat tortilla)
1.5 green (spinach & tomatoes)











So simple. Spray the tortilla w/ olive oil and put in oven broiler at 350.  Flip to other side when you see 1st side browning & it gets a little crunchy.

After both sides are browned, layer on your homemade tomato sauce or pesto, add toppings (I sprinkled some oregano on top) and put back in broiler for about 10 min or so. Until tortilla is hard, tomatoes are soft and cheese is melted. 

What a great way to sneak in those veggies for the non-veggie lover.

New 21 Day Fix Meal Plan

Week 1- 21 Day Fix

I have created my 21 Day Fix meal plan for this week. It is very simple meals, but food I enjoy eating. I seem to stay on track better when I create a meal plan and can look at what I need to eat each day vs. trying to figure out what to eat and not always choosing the best foods. I am on the lowest tier so 1,200-1,499 calories a day.
